When you request a tax analysis, we collect: your email address, company or firm name, and the entity profile information you voluntarily provide (structure type, canton, revenue range, tax concerns). We do not collect personal identification numbers, bank account details, or actual financial records.
Your data is used solely to: (1) provide access to Swiss tax intelligence analyses, (2) send you your analysis results and periodic Swiss tax intelligence updates, and (3) improve model accuracy.
Analysis inputs are processed via AI infrastructure operating under EU-accessible endpoints. All processing providers maintain GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Analysis inputs are not retained by APEX Tax Intelligence after your report is delivered — we store only your email address and scan count.

Email delivery and payment processing use GDPR-compliant third-party infrastructure under data processing agreements. AI processing may route through US-based servers; by using this service, you consent to this processing under the safeguards described above.
Analysis results are retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted. Subscriber records (email + confirmation status) are retained until you unsubscribe. We do not retain your entity profile inputs after analysis delivery.
